The EU abolished the duty-free policy for small parcels (July 1st), officially eliminating the tariff exemption for B2C import parcels ≤ €150. During the transition period (until June 2028), a fixed tariff of €3 per order will be levied based on product category; customs processing fees are proposed to be added from November 2026; and cross-border e-commerce platforms will be listed as legally responsible importers.
