Production Process

Our seamless steel tubes are primarily manufactured using two advanced processes:

  • Hot Rolling: Suitable for producing thick-walled, large-diameter steel tubes. Hot-rolled billets are punched in a press and then rolled in a tube mill. This process offers high production efficiency and is suitable for mass production.
  • Cold Drawing/Cold Rolling: Hot-rolled steel tube bars are processed at room temperature. This process significantly improves dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and mechanical strength, making it suitable for producing thin-walled, high-precision, small-diameter steel tubes.

All steel pipes undergo rigorous direct and indirect testing before leaving the factory, including eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspection, and mechanical property testing to ensure optimal product quality.
