High Quality Flanges

Flanges are critical components for secure, leak-free connections in complex industrial piping systems. As a leading flange manufacturer and supplier, we are committed to providing a comprehensive range of flange products that meet international standards, demonstrate superior craftsmanship, and offer reliable quality to the global oil and gas, chemical, hydropower, shipbuilding, and construction industries. Regardless of your project requirements, we offer the perfect connection solution.
Our Flange Product Range: Meeting Your Every Need Our extensive inventory and flexible production line offer a wide range of flange types, sizes, and materials, ensuring fast delivery.
1. Classification by Type:
- Weld Neck Flange: The preferred choice for high-strength connections, particularly suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature, or low-temperature applications, effectively reducing stress concentrations.
- Blind Flange: Used to seal the ends of piping systems, facilitating system maintenance, pressure testing, and future expansion.
- Threaded Flange: Connects to the pipe via threads, eliminating the need for welding and simplifying installation, making it suitable for applications where welding is not permitted.
- Slip-On Flange: Slips onto the pipe and then welded. This is cost-effective, easy to install and align, and suitable for low-pressure applications.
- Lap Joint Flange: Used in conjunction with pipe fittings, it facilitates system alignment and disassembly and is often used for pipelines requiring frequent maintenance.
- Socket Weld Flange: Sockets are welded after the pipe is inserted into the socket, providing a smooth fluid path and strong joint strength.
2. Classification by Material:
- Stainless Steel Flanges: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310S, etc., offer excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.
- Carbon Steel Flanges: A105, A350 LF2, Q235, etc., offer excellent strength and toughness, suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
- Alloy Steel Flanges: ASTM A182 F11, F22, F91, etc., are used in extreme high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
- Duplex/Super Duplex Steel Flanges: 2205 and 2507, offering exceptional strength and corrosion resistance.
- Other Special Materials: Flanges made of copper, aluminum, titanium, and nickel-based alloys (Hastelloy, Monel) are available upon request.
3. Classification by Standard and Pressure Rating:
- International Standards: ANSI/ASME B16.5, B16.47, DIN, EN1092-1, JIS B2220, GOST, AWWA, etc.
- Pressure Ratings: Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500 (American Standard) / PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64 (European Standard).
